Soar in 2024!

Hello from your Mindset Bestie!

Hello Reader,

Hello, and welcome to one of the “busiest” weeks of the year! Yesterday, I had my daughter, sister, and nieces over for a fun kickstart to all the festivities – although the day wasn’t holiday-themed, it was an ERAs Tour watch party! 🤣 (Am I like a 12-year-old girl when it comes to Taylor Swift? GUILTY. Haha).

As the year winds down, your focus shouldn’t be just about holiday cheer and glittering lights. (although – yay!) It's also a magical time for nurturing relationships, reflection, and taking a pause in your constant hustle. And, my goodness, do you hustle! Juggling a million things, always putting others first, and yet, beneath that confident exterior, I know there are moments you feel tired and overwhelmed and just want a break.

Let me tell you something...

You are more than enough. This year-end, I invite you to join me on a journey of gentle reflection. It's not about checking off boxes on your list or adding more to your overflowing plate. It's about honoring your 2023 journey, embracing your dreams, and charting a course for 2024, where you shine brighter than ever.

I created a worksheet just for you with 7 thought-provoking questions that will guide you to self-awareness and discovery so that you can soar into 2024.

Remember, it's okay to dream, to yearn for more. You're not alone in feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Even the most successful women face the same challenges. They, too, have fears and doubts. But it's in acknowledging these feelings, in giving them space, that we find our true strength.

As we step into 2024, let's promise to prioritize ourselves a bit more. Set boundaries, not to keep the world out, but to let our true selves shine through. Let's turn our dreams from faint whispers to roaring life-changers.

And about those dreams?

And about those dreams – it's never too late, dreams are never too big, and you're never too busy. One small step is all it takes to start. Maybe it's jotting down your ideas, or setting aside just 10 minutes a day for something you love. You deserve to make space for what lights your soul on fire.

You've got this. And I'm here, cheering you on every step of the way.

Here's to a transformative 2024 – the year you embrace your power and chase those dreams. You deserve it all and more.

With warmth and admiration,

Hold your head up high and keep shining!

Hello Reader, As the year winds down, I’ve been feeling especially grateful. Every week, you let me into your inbox. Into your real life. And that’s not something I take lightly. Your attention is one of the most valuable things you have, and the fact that you choose to spend a few minutes here, reading what I share, means more than I can put into words. I started writing these emails because I wanted a more intentional kind of space. One that felt thoughtful, honest, and grounding. Somewhere...

Hello Reader, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it means to be “strong.” Not the kind of strong people compliment you for when you’re holding it all together, but the kind of quiet strength we carry when we feel like we can’t fall apart. I’ve lived that version of strength a few times. The version where you smile, show up, push through, and say “I’m fine” when you’re not.The version where you show up with grace while privately juggling doubt, exhaustion, and the weight of...

Hello Reader, I get burned out too! I want to share something real with you today. You know I spend my days helping women break through burnout, find clarity, and step into the next level of their leadership. But recently, I’ve had to take my own medicine. Between my move to Oklahoma, heavier demands at my corporate role as I developed a full leadership development program, the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet, and the never-ending push to “keep creating,” I found myself completely drained....
